タイトル曲「ガラナ」はあだち充原作のコミックの実写版、映画『ラフ』主題歌。
ＰＶを見ましたが激しくストレートに歌っていて意外性がありました。映画の登場人物も出演しています。
カッコイイ曲ですが“やっぱりバラードの方が…”という方もいるかもしれません。

「スフィアの羽」は２００６ＡＢＣ夏の高校野球統一テーマ曲となっていますが
そのイメージにふさわしい爽やかで明るい曲となっています。個人的にはこちらの方が好きです。
「ピーカンブギ」は日テレ『ズームイン!!ＳＵＰＥＲ』春のお天気テーマソング。
お洒落で軽やかな雰囲気のInstrumentalが心地よいです。

スキマスイッチといえば、ゆっくりとしたバラード系が多いのですが、「ガラナ」は真逆で、そこがおもしろいと思います！「スフィアの羽根」も甲子園にぴったりだったんで、自分的には「スフィアの羽根」のほうがすきですね。どちらもA面並によかったです。

トリプルタイアップの豪華シングル。1曲目の「ガラナ」は今までのスキマにない青春アッパーチューン。逆に2曲目の「スフィアの羽根」と3曲目の「ピーカンブギ」はいかにもスキマらしいほのぼのした曲です。ボクノートのときもそうでしたが付属DVDの内容が非常に豪華なので買うなら初回盤をオススメします。
