2.0 out of 5 stars 取っ手に亀裂が・・・, 2007/1/11
この商品を使い始めて二ヶ月も経たないうちに、三点とも取っ手に亀裂が入りガッカリ。強火で調理したわけでもないのにと、怒りを覚えました。交換も出来ず、そのまま注意しながら使いましたが、コーティングがはげてきて焼き物がこびりつくようになり結局一年ちょっとで没。寿命にしては価格は高いと思います。

私は３年使い続けています。下に書いた人は運が悪かったですね。
いいところは、コンパクトなサイズで、かつ全部18センチなので一つの蓋で全部に使えるところ。３つ重ねられるところ。それぞれがそれぞれの蓋として使えるところ。それから、特に深いものはカレーも作れるし、炒め物にもぴったり。パスタを茹で、その後同じものでパスタを炒められるので、洗い物も一つで済みます。要するに、フライパンとお鍋の両方として使えるのです。野菜炒めは炒めずに1分蓋をしておくだけで、野菜はしんなり、短時間で炒めらる優れものです。カレーなどの煮物もびっくりするぐらい短時間でできます。また、火を止めても長い時間温度が下がらないので、パスタも一度沸騰したら放置しておくだけでOKです。
また、薄いほうのでは魚が焼けるのには重宝してます。付属のフォークターナーできれいにひっくり返せます。
ただ一つの難点は、少々重いということです。特に深いものは洗うときに重いと感じます。力のないお年寄りにはきついと思います。
それでも私は、その難点をカバーするにありあまる機能に大満足しています。

持った時にちょっと重いかな、という感じはありますが、全体にコンパクトで使いやすいですよ。我が家ではすぐ使えるところに出しっぱなしにしています。熱伝導もよいと思います。これで、炒めたり煮込んだりした物は中までじっくり熱々ですし。ご飯も炊けます。お米もつやっとほかほかです。
