様々なメディアから映像を取り込んで編集できるビデオ編集ソフト。今バージョンでは、自動画質補正技術CLEV2を搭載し、暗く写ってしまった画像も、明るくきれいな映像に補正し、撮影時の風きり音や機械音などのノイズを除去しクリアーな音質に補正することができる。また、撮影時の手ぶれを自動的に補正する「手ぶれ・ピント補正」機能や、あらかじめ用意された12種類のテンプレートを選ぶだけで自動的に良いシーンを選んでビデオ編集をしてくれる「自動ビデオ編集」機能も搭載。さらに、16:9のワイド画面で撮影した映像をそのまま編集しDVDに出力することができる「シネマサイズ16:9編集」、DVDカメラもしくはTVキャプチャした映像に日付や時間などの文字情報を挿入することができる「文字情報の挿入」、作業中の映像も素早くできあがりの状態をプレビューすることができる「クイックプレビュー」を搭載するほか、キャプチャからDVDの書き込みまですべて1つのソフトでできるようになり、画面に沿って編集作業ができるので、始めての方でも安心。そのほか、複数タイトルの挿入、使いやすいカット編集、ハイビジョンDVカメラ対応、高画質&高速レンダリング SVRT2なども装備。アカデミック版。
