陰陽座ファンからすれば、このアルバムに入っている曲はまさしく『陰陽座ベスト』です。メタルはもちろん、キャッチーな曲、しっとりと聴かせる曲と、陰陽座の世界が幅広く収録されています。
新しいアルバムか！と思ったらベストかよ・・と思われた方もいらっしゃると思います。アルバムすべて持っている方もたくさんいるでしょう。
けれど、リーダーの瞬火さんはライブで仰ってましたよ、「ベスト盤というと、必ず一曲か二曲新曲が入っていて、全部曲知ってるけどそれが気になるから買う、みたいなのは嫌なので新曲は入れてません」と。「アルバムも持ってて、全部曲知ってるけどそれでも買って下さるファンのために特典を付けました」と。
このアルバムは「陰陽座気になるけどどれから聴いたらいいかわからない」という方には激しくオススメです。
この一枚を買えば陰陽座がどんな楽曲を奏でるのかがわかります。
曲を知っていてもライブには行ったことがないという人にもオススメ。
初回盤にはライブ音源がついているので、陰陽座のライブがどんな雰囲気なのかわかります☆

最近だんだん人気が出てきた陰陽座が、入門CDとしてこのベストアルバムを出したのは素晴らしいと思います。
陰陽座がどんなに素晴らしいバンドかを知っていただくために必要な一枚！

自分は彼らがメジャーデビューしてから今日に至るまで、ずっとヴィジュアル系（Ｖ系というやつか）に分類し、敬遠し続けていました。また、邦楽のロックはどうも手が伸びず、はっきり言いますと、興味はありませんでした。
しかし、ひょんなことから彼らの楽曲を聴く機会を得、聴いてみたところ、今まで自分がＶ系に分類し敬遠していたことが激しく悔やまれるぐらい感動しました。
それぞれ違った魅力を引き出している６弦ツインギター、それに絡む二つのヴォーカルの声、軽快かつ激しいドラムから構成されたこのバンドは、欧米のロック、ヘヴィメタルにも匹敵する素晴しいバンドです。特に黒猫さんと瞬火さんによる絶妙なツインヴォーカルは必聴！これに惹かれてファンなった方もきっと多いことでしょう。（自分は感動のあまり少し号泣してしまいました
そんな彼らのベスト盤というだけあって、ボリューム満天です。また構成はディスク二枚組みという事で、某マンガの主題歌として有名な甲賀忍法帖や鳳翼天翔を収録した軽快かつノリのいい『陽』と、黒猫さんが義経、静の二役、瞬火さんが頼朝を演じきった名作組曲〜義経〜や鵺を収録した深い『陰』とで分けられており、『曲順も相当凝ってるなぁ』とただただ感心するばかりでした
これを聴き、邦楽ロックのレベルも存外低いものでは無いのかもしれないと感じております。これを機に邦楽ロックも聴いていこうかと思いました

噂はかねがね聞いていたのですが、なかなか手を出せずにいたのは、ビジュアル系バンドだと思っていたからです。
ところが実際に聞いてみれば、超健全なヘヴィメタルバンド。
手を出すのが遅かったと思うくらい。当然捨て曲なしです。
安心して聞けるヘヴィメタルバンドだと思います。
