1987年に発売された初のシングル・コレクションの再発盤です。
収録曲のうち“「C」”と“ツイてるね ノッてるね”は、1987年の初盤から前回再発時（1998年3月発売）までは“Remix Version”が収録されていたのですが、この2006年再発盤では、2曲とも“Single Version”に差し換わっています。

もし旧盤をお持ちで、リマスタリングを期待して再購入しようと考えていらっしゃる方は、その点にご注意ください。

今は懐かしいアイドル時代のシングルが満喫できるお得な１枚だと思います！作家陣も松本隆・筒美京平・竹内まりや・財津和夫・小室哲哉・角松敏生と超豪華でアイドル・ポップスの秀作揃いです☆
声もまだまだ若くて聴き応えありますよw

リミックス(別テイク)2曲を含む初期ベスト。ユーロビートを歌う、色黒な夏が似合う初期の彼女が懐かしい。発売当時、アルバム未収録シングルが7曲もあり、まさに「待望」のベストでした。ほんとに毎日、毎日聴いてましたよ。この後のシングル展開は正直、つまらなくなるだけにこのベストがあれば十分かも。
