指導内容などは超初心者の私にとってもとても参考になりました。
内容はとても素晴らしいにも関わらず、音声が悪すぎます。
マイクの音取りが悪く、先生の声が先生の動きによって聞き取りにくく、ピアノの音だけが耳につき、耳を澄まさないと指導の声が聞こえない部分があります。
他の同種のＤＶＤも買っていますが、このように聞き取りにくいのは初めてです。ピンマイク等で収録できなかったか？疑問です。
本来は５つにしたいのですが、音声の悪さで４つです。

３０歳を過ぎて初めてスポーツジムでバレエエクササイズを習い始め、去年にはバレエ発表会にも出演しました。もっとうまくなりたい、と思い自宅で自主トレのお供になるようなＤＶＤを検索してこれを購入しました。
先生の身体の動かし方の説明もわかりやすく、「あ、こうすればいいんだ。」と理解することが出来ました。
大人のバレエを始めて、もっとうまくなりたいと願う方にお勧めします。
付録映像もバレエを知る上で大変興味深いものでした。

バレエ初心者の私にも、大変わかりやすかったです。
説明を聞きながら一緒に動けるので、バーの替わりに椅子を使っていますが、本当にレッスンを受けているようです。
最初、基本的な動きが主で、物足りないかな？と思いましたが、動きが激しくないのに、筋肉の各部分が使われている感じです。腕の動きなど、丁寧に説明されていて、がんばろうという気になります。
無理がないので、毎日続けることが出来、続けるうちに、形も動きも様になってきたようで、嬉しくなりました。体重は変わりませんが、友人からは、体が締まったねと言われます。
