単純にバットにゴルフのグリップをつけただけの製品のようですが、ぜひ一度持ってみてください。
バットのバランスが非常によく、ただの体力トレーニング用の重いクラブというわけではありません。
グリップの太さも抜群。手首の動きを最小限にしてくれます。
またその重量ゆえ、必然的にオンプレーンでないとキチンと振ることができません。
手打ちゴルファーでは全く歯が立たないでしょう。
グリップの力が抜けて、下半身の動きとクラブの重さで切り返せるようにならないと振り切れないすばらしい練習クラブだと思います。

練習に使うプロもいると時折聞く類の練習方法ですが、こんなに良いとは思いませんでした。１週間毎日１０−２０回程度の素振りだけやって久しぶりにラウンドに出たら、ドライバーを振り切れるようになっているためか、弾道がフェードから軽いドローへ、方飛距離は１０−２０ヤードほど伸びていました！　素晴らしい結果に、超お勧め練習方法と言えます。
　
重いバットを振ることで、パワーアップしたり、迫力あるスイングにするための練習ではありません。重い分、ゆっくり上げて、トップで一旦ストップし、ダウンで一気にブンッ！と振ることになるのですが、この「リズム」を体得するための練習になります。重い分、ふらついたりするのですが、ちゃんとバランス良く立ってリズム良く振れば、ちゃんと立ってられるし、フォローも決まります。「こういうリズムがゆったりしてていいな」とすぐ開眼出来ます。実際のラウンドでも思い出しながら振っていたら、その日１日は極めて安定して飛距離も伸びていましたね。
　
軽いクラブだと、バランスを崩しながらでもどうにかなってしまう分、どうしてもどこかが微妙に崩れていてもすぐには気がつかない訳です。このままで、練習場でたくさん打ったところで、練習になっていないでしょうね。このバットは、私には本当に良い練習機＆スイング矯正機になりました。

素振りには最適。グリップだけゴルフ。ヘッドは野球のバット。
バットの重さなので、素振りでフォームを作るには最適。
