私は強度の近視で裸眼視力が0.03程度なのですが、ここまでの近視にはあまり効果が
期待できない気がします。

というのも、このメガネをかけて物を見ようとした際、ピンホール効果で多少は
ぼやけた感じが解消されるのですがやっぱり見えないことには変わりないので焦点を
合わせようとする対象が絞れないんです。
そのため仕方なく手で物を持って見える範囲まで近づけて、左右上下に手で動かして
いるのですが、その自分のまぬけな姿に苦笑しています。

実際の使用感としては目の疲れはリフレッシュできていない感じがします。
このメガネをはずした一瞬だけリフレッシュできたのかなと思えたりするのですが、
それもただ単に暗いところから明るいところに出たときの感覚そのもので、別に
リフレッシュされた訳では無いことに気づきました。

いわゆる「ピンホール効果」（小さな穴を通して遠くのものを見ると、普通よりピントが合わせやすい）を期待して購入。素人なのでたくさん穴が開いているから効果がありそうだと思って期待していました。

着けてみて初めて気づいたのですが、めがね全体に穴が開いているせいで「ピンホール効果」が台無しです（視界がよけいにぼやけてしまう）
と言うわけでそのままだとほぼ全く役に立たないのですが、黒のビニールテープを貼って眼の周り以外の穴をふさいだり、両手で双眼鏡を作ったりしたら一応焦点が定まります。

東急ハンズや薬局などでもっと良いのを買いましょう…

最近、年をとったせいか街の看板や広告などで、
「経営でお困りの方は〜」を「経堂でお困りの方は〜」とか
「パンバイキング」を「パイパンキング」などと読み間違えるようになり、
これはマズいということでピンホール眼鏡をキャンドゥーで購入しました。
３分くらいつけて外すと 明らかに付けてないときより視界がハッキリしています。
ただ、継続しなければ戻ってしまうので習慣づける必要はありますね。
確かに視界全体を見ているときは「視界がぼやける」のですが、
あるひとつに焦点を当てて見る時には問題ありません。
お近くにキャンドゥー（おそらくダイソーにも売ってる）がある方は
そちらで購入してください。
