この値段なら・・・という気持ちで購入しました。

１個のダンベルセットでは、
　２．５Ｋｇ　×　４枚
　１．５Ｋｇ　×　２枚

つまり、
　５Ｋｇ、７Ｋｇ、１０Ｋｇ、１２Ｋｇ、１５Ｋｇ
の組み合わせが可能です。（持つところは、２Ｋｇあります）

が、自分はへなちょこなので、７Ｋｇから１０ＫｇのＵｐには
体がついていけませんでした。
こんなとき、２セットあると、１．５Ｋｇのプレートが増えるので
７Ｋｇ、８Ｋｇ、１０Ｋｇ　と　細かい調整も可能になります。
※まあ、プレートだけ追加すればよいのですが･･･

あと、届いたら必ず床においてから箱を開けましょう。
プレートが無造作に入っているので、足元など十分注意してください。

ナットの締めが若干緩みやすいように思いますが、それ以外は大変満足できる商品デス。
今まで片手５キロでトレーニングしていたため、どうせ買うなら10キロよりも15キロを、と思っていましたが、合わせて30キロにもなると私には大変重くて、お店でレジに持っていくことさえ困難だなぁ〜と思っていました。かと言って、大型家電のように店員さんに運んでもらうこともできないですしね。
配送料は無料、プレートの枚数も自分でチョイス、明日から早速トレーニングを始めてみませんか？

これだけ価格が安いのに、メッキもしっかりと乗っているし使い勝手も良いです。
グリップはローレット掛け（滑り止めのザラザラ）の金属グリップなので好みによってテニスラケット等のグリップテープを巻くと冷たさや硬さも無くなって、グリップ力も上がるのでトレーニングに集中できます。

ウエイト固定ネジのゆるみ対策は少しコツがあって、ナットを締めた後に左右両方のウエイトを持ってお互いを締める方向に回すとしっかり固定できるので問題ありません。
