彼女の存在は、ＵＫのフェスティバルや音楽番組で知ったのだが、ＵＫでは、　凄い新人が登場するとの前評判も良かった。そして、生のステージを観て、彼女の大ファンになった。
　彼女のお兄さんは（ダニエル）既にＵＫで人気な実力シンガーで、今後兄弟で活躍すること間違いなし！

　彼女の書く歌詞がまた良い。女性の声を代弁していて、強い女性や可愛い女性などいろいろな形で表現されている。１ｓｔシングル“single”は、初めて耳にするとパッとしない方もいるだろうが、何度も聴いていくうちに自然と口ずさんでいるはず。２ndシングル“These Words”は、ＵＫで２週連続１位になったのも頷ける曲。誰もが気に入るはず。私もお気に入りな曲。

　最後に、なんといってもライブが最高！な彼女。毎回のステージで同じ曲なのにニュアンスが違ったり、物凄いパワーで包み込んでくれる。日本でも。シークレットライブを行なったが（残念ながら、私は観れず）、早く正式に日本でライブをして欲しい！そんな期待のシンガーだ！！

曲の方ですが、
キャッチーな感じのサウンドが、耳に残ります。
黒人バリバリな声質が苦手な方には、特にオススメですよ。

ただし、バラード系はポップスと比べると、いまいち。
彼女が取り組むジャンルは広いのですが、得意・不得意があるようです。

歌詞の方ですが、
あまり毒々しくなく、ストレートな感情を表現しています。
が、メッセージ力はしっかりしていて、成熟度は高いと思います。

14曲でこの価格であれば、買いです。

一年たっても2日に1回は確実に聞いているアルバム。
色んなジャンルの曲が入ってるので、
例えば朝はthese wordsとかThe One That Got Away聴いて気持ちを盛り上げたり、夜はunwittenとかWe're All Mad聴いて落ち着いたりって
色んな時や場所に合わせて聴けます。
歌詞もただ楽しいだけじゃなくて、ダークなところがあったり、聴いてる人が励まされるような歌詞もあったり。でもはっちゃけた歌詞もあるから本当にバランスがすごくいい！！
嬉しいときも悲しいときもこの１枚があれば自分の気持ちに
ぴったり来る曲がぜったいあると思いますよ。
billboard top100 singlesでもunwittenが10位！イギリス出身で10位は
すごいですね！
