この「オブジェ」シリーズはステンレスの質感と、シンプルで美しいデザイン、機能的な設計のロングセラー商品です。
耐久性にも優れていて、我が家にあるこのソースパンはすでに１５年使っています。つまみや取っ手が経年劣化した場合には、メーカー（宮崎製作所）取り寄せで自分で交換できます。１５年間で、一度だけ取っ手を交換しました。
注意する点は鍋底が小さい（直径16cm）ので、鍋底から炎がはみ出さない様に火力を調整することくらいです。
１５年経っても同じ「オブジェ」シリーズの商品を買い足すことが出来、これからも安心して使えることを考えると、非常にコストパフォーマンスが優れていると思います。
同時に、オブジェ オプション スチームプレート 16cm用 OJ-16-SPを購入しておくと、落し蓋や蒸し器としても使えて応用範囲が広がります。
