3.0 out of 5 stars 「恐怖」の演出としては勉強になる……かもしれません, 2008/7/31
　とあるコンビニを中心の舞台とした作品。会計時に丁度ぞろ目の金額になってしまうと、客は何らかの怪異に見舞われるようだ。
　冒頭でいきなり女子高生が大変な事になってしまうというショッキングなシーンもあるが、序盤から「くるぞ、くるぞ」と思わせつつもスッと外す、あるいは「何か」があったことは提示するものの、その具体的な内容を示さない、ひたすら登場人物の怪しさを強調する、など、ある意味控えめな、派手なシーンを出さないようにする表現を繰り返すことで、観る側の緊張感を煽る手法は興味深い。
　ただ、後半の三人同時に別々に起こる怪異は同時進行で見せる意味も必要性も理解できないし、ぶつ切りにしたせいかそれぞれの印象が薄い。ぞくっとした瞬間に他の人物のシーンに切り替わるなど、恐怖も緊張感も持続せず、それぞれの（例えば被害者が死亡するなどの）オチもあっさりしすぎていて弱い。
　更に舞台のコンビニが異常なまでに霊障などの多発することの原因を「土地が悪い」という第三者からの一言で片付けてしまう（そしてそのまま放置する）というのはいかがかと。

　映画としてはあまり面白いとは言えないかも知れません。ホラーの要素をを求めるなら後半の拍子抜け感が酷いし、ストーリー性を求めるにもあまりにも内容がグダグダ。
　前半部分はそれなりに怖かったので、この部分は恐怖を煽る演出の手法としての勉強にはなるかもしれません。そういう意味では、前半だけなら個人的に☆四つは堅いです。

　最後に、私が本編中最も戦慄したのは、フードの人物がネコ缶を買うシーン。精々８つか９つ買っただけなのに（少なくとも画面に他の会計途中の商品があるようには見えなかった）、それで総額４万４４４４円って…。そこがホラーとか無関係に真面目に怖いんですが（苦笑）。
