林原めぐみや堀江由衣をはじめとする多くのアーティストに楽曲を提供した岡崎律子の最後のオリジナル・アルバム。あの突然の訃報から約半年、彼女が生前書き残した楽曲がリリース決定。PCゲーム「シンフォニック＝レイン」のために書き下ろしたナンバーを、本人歌唱のオリジナル・バージョンとしてニューレコーディングを施した全10曲。

岡崎さんの最終アルバム『ｆor　ＲＩＴＺ』何度聴いても涙が出てきます。
言って欲しい言葉を曲の中で全て言ってくれたような気がします。
歌で、こんなに泣けたのは初めてです。
先日、１０年間一緒にいた友達が亡くなりました。その時も、岡崎さんの歌、I'm　alwys close youの『ごめんねお別れが突然で今はちょっとね寂しいけど悲しみじゃないのいつかちゃんと想い出になる』が頭の中で何回も響いてきていました。
このＣＤで生きる強さ、勇気をもらったような気がします。

岡崎さんは、もうこの世にはいないけれど、せめて皆さんの心の中で生きていてほしいと思います。

　先ごろＮＨＫラジオの放送で知ったのですが。
　岡崎律子さんは、突発的に亡くなったのではなく、数年前からガンで闘病していて、このアルバムを作った時には余命幾ばくもない事を知ってらしたんですね。
　しかも、それを周りには隠し続け、アルバム録音中も内緒で病院から抜け出してきていたとか。

　岡崎律子さんの歌は、以前から一種宗教的だと思っていましたが。
　死に臨んで、このアルバムの歌詞のような言葉を残せるというのは、一体どれほど強い人だったのかと思います。

　「ごめんね　お別れが突然で
　　今は　ちょっとね　寂しいけど
　　かなしみじゃないの
　　いつか　ちゃんと想い出になる」
　「私は　ねえ　つよかった？
　　いいえ　いつも揺れていたのよ」
　「だって　時間と　人も流れてくの
　　素直にうけとめて」

　あちこちにちょっとずつ混ぜてあるこういった言葉に、岡崎律子さんの残された人を気遣う強さを感じます。
　本当に惜しい人を亡くしました。ご冥福をお祈りします。

このＣＤは言わずと知れた、岡崎律子さん最後のアルバムです。この作品の次の新作はもう登場しません。本当に最後です。当作品はゲーム「シンフォニック・レイン」に提供された楽曲のセルフカバー版です。岡崎さんにとっては最初で最後のゲーム作品への出展です。本当に格好よく、それでいて煩くなく、聞いている人を歌詞の世界にひきつけます。さらには岡崎さんの誰にも真似できない、あのやさしい歌い方で聞き手を和ませます。ただ、今回の歌詞は本当に重い雰囲気ですので、聞いていると自然と目頭が熱くなってしまうでしょう。
最後にＦｏｒフルーツバスケットを持ってきたという選曲もいいと思います。
“ごめんね　お別れが突然で
今は　ちょっとね　寂しいけど
かなしみじゃないの　いつか
ちゃんと思い出になる”
I'm　always close to you　　　最期の言葉です。どうか受け止めてください。
