渋谷系なんて言われててまだインディーズの頃、
今から10年くらい前から彼女の歌を聞いてきました。
ここんとこ、ベスト盤以来あまり聞いてなくて
久し振りにCD買ったら、あらま。面白い。
以前の、ウィスパーボイスはどこに行ってしまったんでしょう？
フレンチポップス好きで購入すると大変なことになります。

私は、エレクトロニカというよりも、ただ単に
「最近　カヒミはどうなのよ？」と思い購入しましたが、
すんごい浮遊感。
エレクトロニカと彼女のウィスパーボイスが妙にマッチ。
また、歌詞カードが変わってて面白い。

何か不思議な浮遊感を体験したい方はオススメです。

そうとうひさしぶりにKahimi Karieを買ってみた。ジャケットがきれいだったからだけど、これは最近のCD購入でもかなり当たりの一枚だ。
かっこういい！かつてのガーリーポップなんてどこへやら。(ほんとにリスナーとしてブランクがありすぎて申し訳ないんだけど・・・)
あのかつてのロリータヴォイスが、こんなにクールなヴォーカリストになっていたとは。

クールなエレクトロロックって感覚。今年のかなり上位に来ることほぼ決定。なんとなくデビット・シルビアンを思い出しました。かっこうよさが、近い。

デビュー当時からずうっとカヒミカリイファンですが、彼女の引き出しの多さに驚きます。
未だにフレンチウィスパーボイスだと思っている方がもしいるとしたら、ぜひ最近のカヒミカリイを聴いてほしいです。
新たな世界観を確立しています。
彼女の頭の中にある世界をまるで映像を作り出すかのように、音楽で成立させていて、イメージをかき立てられます。

このアルバムは彼女の持っている世界地図のようです。
まるで空を、海を、陸をダイビングしているかのような伸びやかな作品です。
