熱伝導に優れたアルミニウムと保温性に優れたステンレスで挟んだ3層構造の鍋やフライパンは、フタと組み合わせることにより蓄熱性を高めることができるため、少量の水分や油だけで食材を茹でたり蒸すことが可能となる。またクリステル製品は、フタやハンドル、グリップなどを追加購入して組み合わせることができ、鍋同士やフタ同士でスタッキングできるので、場所をとらずにスッキリ収納できる。
