   フランス生まれの機能的なステンレス鍋「クリステル」は、鍋本体からグリップやハンドルを外して丸洗いしたりコンパクトに収納できるなどの使い勝手の良さで、本国ではステンレス多層鍋市場の50％を占めるほど人気がある。

   本製品は2~3人分の汁物や茹で野菜などに最適な、やや小型の深型両手鍋。熱伝導に優れたアルミニウムと保温性に優れたステンレスで挟んだ3層構造の鍋は、フタと組み合わせることにより蓄熱性を高め、少量の水分や油だけで食材を茹でたり蒸すことができる優れもの。お湯に浸さなくても茹で野菜が作れるため素材の旨味を逃さず、食材を焼く場合も少量の油でとてもヘルシー。

   また、クリステルは、ハンドルやグリップを購入して組み合わせることができるので、「CRISTEL ハンドルグリーン」と組み合わせて片手鍋にしたり、持ち運び用に「CRISTEL グリップグリーン」を用意したい。ハンドルもグリップも全7色の中から好きな色を選べるのが楽しい。（三井貴美子）

クリステルはいろいろな雑誌でも評価が高いのですが、やはり使って納得でした．煮物が短時間加熱後余熱でふっくら仕上がります．野菜はゆでたり電子レンジするより、無水調理が野菜の甘味が味わえます。朝食の忙しい時間に50ｃｃの水を入れて約６分加熱するだけで半熟卵ができるのも大助かり．ごはん２合も１０分の加熱と１０分の蒸らしでつやつやおいしい炊き立てごはん．ご飯を炊くのを忘れクリステルに何度も助けられました。しかも炊飯器よりおいしい．毎日大活躍の鍋です．

　クリステルは収納のしやすさが有名ですが、火のとおりもよく、保温性も充分です。取っ手の取り外しも慣れてしまえば簡単で、洗い易いので気持ちがいいです。この大きさは普段2~3人分の煮物や、お味噌汁などの汁物を作るのにちょうどいい大きさで朝から晩まで使っています。
　ただお値段が高すぎるので星は4つです。

うわさを聞いてやっと購入いしました。煮物はもちろんのこと、揚げ物、ご飯を炊くことも出来ます。どれも調理時間が短縮できる上においしく仕上がりました。特にご飯はおこげが出来て家族に大好評でした！
