運動不足を解消するために購入しました。
1.重さは32ｇ（電池を含む）で、ポケットに入れてもほとんど重さを感じません。
2.購入時に「お試し用の電池」がついており、数ヶ月〜６ヶ月くらい使用できます。
3.きちんと歩行した分だけ計測します。室内で足音を気にして静かに歩いた場合はカウントされません。
4.足踏みステッパー（健康器具）を使用する際、胸ポケットに入れたら計測しましたが、お尻のポケットではカウントされませんでした。
5.硬式テニスなど、不規則な運動をした場合や、ジョギングでも、正確に計測されません。まさに、「歩いた分だけ」をきちんと計測します。
6.最初に使用する前に、まずは自分の体重と、歩いたときの一歩の歩幅を登録します。
7.毎日24時になるとカウンターが０になります。（1）今日一日で歩いた歩数、（2）今日一日でしっかりあるいた歩数、（3）消費カロリーと脂肪燃焼量、（4）歩行距離、の４点が１日ずつ計測でき、７日分メモリーされます。

　ホームセンターなどで、何種類か安い歩数計を購入してみましたが、機能に満足できず、この商品を購入しました。この歩数計は、縦方向の動きも横方向の動きもセンサーが感知してくれるため、ベルトに固定する必要がなく、ポケットに入れておけばＯＫでとてもスマートです。また、毎分６０歩以上で１０分間以上運動すると、有酸素運動として「しっかり歩数」を計測してくれる点、消費カロリーや減少した体重の目安などを計測・表示してくれる点など、毎日のウォーキング後、この歩数計を見るのが楽しみで、また励みになります。

5.0 out of 5 stars うっか洗濯機にいれてしまったが、大丈夫だった！, 2008/1/27
歩数のカウント機能は、結構、高性能です。
ヘルスカウンターは、あさ起きてから１日中つけています。
仕事では、車に乗る機会が多いので、歩いていないのにカウント
するかもと思いましたが、ありませんでした。
歩行もしっかり歩行もきちんとでるので、優れものです。

驚いたことに、２度も洗濯物と一緒に洗ってしまったのですが、
大丈夫だったのには驚きです。１，２日くらい表示画面が曇っていましたが、
正常に作動し、半年以上使用しています。
うっかりがありそうな方には、お勧めします。
ただ、防水機能に関しては、洗濯しても大丈夫というレベルで
防水機能を施しているとは、思われませんので、くれぐれもご注意下さい。
