TAKU(m-flo)がプロデュースを手がけるシンガー・ソングライター、日之内絵美のファースト・アルバム。TAKUが開催したオーディションに持ち込んだ「Painful」が素晴らしい。硬質で透明感をたたえ、イノセントなイメージをまとうヴォーカルがオーセンティックなR&Bマナーに即したメロディに乗り、恋愛につきまとう“痛み”をテーマにしたリリックが聴き手に伝わっていく。その感触は、そう、「Automatic」を聴いたときにかなり近い。ボーナス・トラックには、デビュー・シングル「Magic」のCKBヴァージョンを収録。 (森朋之) --- 2003年12月号

彼女まだ若いんですよね~(年を知ってちょっとびっくり）
すごく豊かな表現力で　人を惹きつける声を持っており
これからが楽しみです!
この作品でも　聴いていて胸が苦しく切なくなるような
彼女の透明感ある声が　とても印象に残ります。
実はカラオケで日之内絵美の曲を歌おうとしたのですが
２曲しか入っていなくて残念でした。
あまりTVなどの露出が少ないので　知られていないのでしょうか?
実力ある若手ARTISTだと思います。

を備えたアーティストだと感じました。

楽しい恋愛中の人は楽しく、
苦しい恋愛中の人は共感でき、
失恋した人も励みにできるような曲が収録されています。

買って損はしないと、進められる久々のアーティストです。

日之内絵美の名前さえしらなっかたが、偶然試聴してみて驚いた。
スピーカーから流れてくるその声に一瞬で魅了され、彼女のCDを即購入し
た。曲もいいのだが、何より彼女の声が本当に最高。最近はこのCDばかり
の毎日で、聞くたびに彼女の声の虜になっている。これからどこまで飛躍
するのか正直楽しみなアーティストだと思う。
