おしんを放映しているころはまだ私は生まれていなかったがその当時ですらバブル直前でかなりの豊かさを享受していた様子です、逆算すると戦前から約７０年余りで日本は相当な経済発展を遂げたことがあらためて驚かされます。いまではおしんが育った当時の山形の生活などは考えられません、そういうことをみていくと今はとても豊かなありがたい時代だということがよくかります。
商売熱心なおしんの姿はなかなか心惹かれるものがあります。なんでも商売のネタにしてしまうところは見習わなきゃ(笑)。ドラマスタートの第1回から４回くらいまではおじさんおばさんがいっぱい出てきて訳がわからなかったですが、だんだん流れがわかってきたりして「ああそういうことだったのか！」と発見があったりとドラマ全体を通しで楽しめました。出演された方どなたも役にうまく合っておりキャスティングのうまさに驚かされます。個人的にはやっぱり田中裕子さんの演技がすごくうまく感じて、いまだに人気があり海外でも高い評価を受けているのもうなずけます。通しで見ると少し長いですが(２時間映画で３０本相当？)機会があればぜひ一度拝見することをオススメします、それくらいの素晴らしい出来栄えです。

佐賀での想像を絶する苦難。
新たな旅立ちから、
東京、酒田、伊勢とおしんの商才が発揮される。

戦後、日本の軽武装商業国家の躍進を暗示するかの様な展開。

田中裕子の魅力満開。
