デラのフィール・ザ・ネイチャーシリーズは本当に良いです。

私は何十枚もヒーリングＣＤを聴いてきましたが、静かで癒されるＢＧＭが欲しい時はいつもヒーリング・シー、ウォーター、フォレストを聴きます。
世の中、一時的には心地よくても毎日のように聴くには耳が疲れる音楽で溢れてます。私も音楽を聴くの自体がしんどい時期がありました。そんな時に運良く出会えたＣＤです。

耳障りな音や、輪郭のハッキリしすぎたメロディも無いので寝るときはもちろん、瞑想にも向いていると思います。
これほど繊細で優しいＣＤは残念ながら滅多に見かけません。
しかもこういった音楽があまり評価されないのは不思議に思います。
巷に溢れる耳障りな音に辟易してしまう方は是非試してみてください。
すごく癒されます。

ヒーリングフォレストは、まさに森林浴気分に浸れます。バックに流れる鳥の鳴き声がややけたたましいと感じるかもしれませんが、心地よくなれる音量があるはずです。音楽がとことん控え目であり、優しいです。

デラのサイトでは殆どのＣＤが試聴できます。買ってから後悔しないために一度試聴してみてください。

６０分、ずっと小鳥のさえずりです。
それに時々しずかな音楽が重なります。
最初、ピーピーうるさいな、耳につく・・・と思ったけど
ボリュームを絞って流してると、結構いい。
うるさく感じた小鳥のさえずりも気にならずボーっとしてくる。
うとうと眠ってしまいます。

小鳥がたえず、さえずっているので
気になる方もいるかもしれませんが、
本当に森の中にはいると、こういう音がすると思います。
途中雨が降ってきたような音もあり
最後は夜の静かな音で締めくくられています。

自然の音に身を任せて瞑想するのは最高でした。

海は浄化、森は癒しのパワーがあるといいますから、
デラのネイチャーサウンドシリーズで、
海のCDもそろえて気分で変えて楽しみたいと思います♪
