プレイしてみた率直な感想は「おもしろい！」です。
私は、DDRやBeatManiaなどのいわゆる音ゲーは全く出来ないのですが、
プレイするのに問題はありませんでした。
専用コントローラの性能が不安だったのですが、反応は良好で、軽量なため意識せずに体を動かすことが出来ます。

エクササイズを念頭において作られているだけあって、意識せずとも汗がにじみ、遊んでいるだけなのにカロリーを消費していくのが実感できます。
その一方で、日付ごとのカロリー等は保存できるのですが、クリアしたステージやランクの保存が出来ないため、クリアを目的とした場合のゲーム性は少し低いかもしれません。

しかし、たどたどしく画面を真似していくうちに自分の思い通りの動きが出来るようになる快感は非常に大きなもので、オススメの一品です。

最初はなかなか動きについていけず画面に首っ引きですが
なれて動きを覚えたとたん面白くなります。
あっという間にとりこになりついつい１時間近くも遊んで
翌日は筋肉痛。
武道っぽい動きがほんとうに格闘技を学んでいるようで
楽しさ倍増。

単純なゲームです。指示に従って、タイミングよく身体を動かすだけです。それゆえに運動を気軽に家でやりたい、という人にはいいかも。
容易なものから難度の高いものまで細かくそろっていて、
いろいろなレベルの人が楽しめる。
組み合わせ次第では、スポーツクラブでやっているキックボクシングエクササイズくらいの運動強度にはなります。

インストラクターの指示や、動作がたまに、自分の拳から飛ぶ火のせいで分かりにくくなることがあるのが星一つ減点分。
