　このアルバムは、全てが彼女のオリジナルで構成されたバラードコレクション。以前、『ＳＩＬＥＮＴ　ＥＶＥ~バラードコレクション~』というアルバムを発売しているが、あれは単なるベストアルバムに過ぎないため、１００％オリジナルのバラードアルバムは、本作が彼女にとって初となる。

　全体的に聴いてみると、ようやく彼女自身のバラードの熟成を成し遂げたように思える。歌唱力については、元々声量が豊富なので、控えめな歌でもしっかりした声で聴こえてくる。実力に裏付けられた余裕というものだ。

　このアルバムの魅力はそれだけではない。実はこのアルバム、ＨＤＣＤレコーディングが施されている。私は彼女の楽曲をＨＤＣＤかアナログレコードで聴きたいと常々思っていた。彼女の美しい歌声は、単なるＣＤフォーマットのみでは表現しきれないと思ったからだ。（ＨＤＣＤは通常のＣＤと互換性があるため、ＨＤＣＤデコーダー未搭載のＣＤプレーヤーでも問題なく聴けるが、音声は通常フォーマットとなる）
　このおかげで、彼女の歌声の瑞々しさが益々増し、息継ぎさえも鮮明に聞こえるようになった。更に、バーチャルサウンドを殆ど使用しない演奏の解像度が明確となり、声については、マイクに対してどのような角度で歌っているのかさえも感じ取れるようになった。

　２年ぶりのオリジナルアルバムということもあり、ファンとしては嬉しさも倍増。因みにＨＤＣＤであることは、ジャケットにもＣＤ本体にも記載されていない。
　哀しくもあり、優しくもある彼女の熟成したバラードが、今まで以上に両高音質で聴くことができ、本当に嬉しい限りだ。今後リリースされるアルバムも、ＨＤＣＤで製造して頂きたいものだ。

前作のカバー・アルバムで歌うことの大切さを再認識し、新たな気持ちでオリジナルを書き上げた、2年ぶりのオリジナルアルバム!! 久々に泣ける! 癒される!

女性の心に響く、あたたかく安らげるミディアム・テンポ中心の曲で構成。本人が初のアレンジ参加。全10曲収録。

哀しいのに暖かい。寂しいのに満ち溢れている。
相矛盾したさまざまな思いすべてを包んでいる
透明な歌声。
彼女のここ数年のアルバムの中でも、抜きん出た
出来であるのみならず、シンガーソングライター
ならではのそうそう滅多には現れない秀作と言える。
真率な心から生まれた純粋な輝く結晶である。
