90年3月にFORLIFEから発売された、シングル曲収録のオムニバス盤だが、おニャン子クラブ関連の3曲が収録されているので星1つマイナス。その他の選曲はなかなか良いオムニバス盤（だった）。しかし、発売から15年以上経った今、伊藤かずえは「アイドル･ミラクルバイブル」から、ソフトクリーム（及びユミ）は「My！これクション」からそれぞれDiscography CDが発売されているし、わらべ・SUGAR・おかわりシスターズもベスト盤が出ているので、さらに星1つマイナス。
麻生祐未（84年11月）手塚さとみ（＝理美、79年4月）・坂口良子（82年2月）は貴重なテイクだが、本業は女優でレコードリリースは少ないし、楽曲も普通なので、あくまで参考程度に。
現在でも重要な本作の売りは、未だアナログ作品がCD化されていない松尾久美子の83年3月デビュー曲「メモワール」が収録されていることである。綺麗で優しく素直で可愛らしい歌声と、どんな歌でも上手に歌いこなす歌唱力が大変魅力的だ。彼女は唯一のLP『メモワール』（83年6月発売の大傑作）とEP4枚を残しているので、全曲集CDの発売を急いで欲しい。
