　愛をテーマにしたアルバムがある中で、ピカリと光る感じのする一つです。
　ヴァイオリンという楽器であまり奏でたことのない曲を選んだアルバムです。カバーした曲の演奏とはいえ、オリジナル曲と比べても引けをとらない感じに仕上がっているものです。

　杏里の「オリビアを聴きながら」のように、いま聴いても印象に残る曲を彼女なりにの演奏で披露してくれています。この曲は、テレビ東京「そして音楽が始まる」でも取り上げられましたが、杏里の心象風景を高嶋バージョンで奏でてくれています。
　ダイアナ・ロスの「If We Hold On Together」は私のベスト５に入る曲です。それが彼女の手にかかると、ヴァイオリンの妙技でオリジナルとはひと味もふた味も違った曲になり、印象に残るものになっています。
　この心和むアルバムを、一人でなくいろんな人と分かち合ってもらえるといいなと想っています。

田舎から帰ってくる新幹線の中でやっているＦＭラジオで たまたま聞いて、すごく懐かしい思いと、澄んだバイオリンの音色に感激して、翌日買ってしまいました。

クラシックでPOPSを、というちさ子さんの歩もうとする方向が伝わってきます。
よい選曲、確かな、強い意志を感じられる。
クラシックとPOPSを融合させて、美しい音楽を奏でるミューズ。
この音色はRoussy以前のものと思われるが、こんな音を奏でたいんだよ〜、
という極めて強い意志を感じられる演奏です。
今のRoussyを奏でるお茶目さ、うれしさ、そして風格をそなえちゃう、
ちょっと前のちさ子さんに出会えるような気がします。
少し懐かしい、素朴な感じ。
まちがっていたらごめんなさい。
とっても優しい、楽器を鳴らし切ろうとする、すてきな演奏です。
