現在の日本のオペラ歌手が歌う「浅草オペラ」の醍醐味も聴き応えがあり、
とても素晴らしかったです・・・!
また音質も良く、本場のウィーンの楽団の音色が素敵でした・・・!
日本語で味わうオペラも、このCDを聴いて沢山聴きたくなりました♪

浅草オペラの中でも『恋はやさし』や『女心の歌』等は、故田谷力三氏のレパートリーとして有名でしたね。名古屋木実、黒田晋也両氏によるこのヴァージョンは古き良き大正浪漫の香りを、見事に現代に甦らせています。オープニングの『カルメン序曲』とエンディングの『天国と地獄』からはオペラ館に集った観客の熱狂ぶりがうかがえます。
