ゴジラ映画では１番好きです。元々この作品でシリーズ終了の予定だったらしいです。
キングギドラの残骸から２３世紀の技術を解明。そしてメカゴジラを造る。
京都でゴジラを倒しかけるが電流が逆流して失敗。
千葉で第２の脳を破壊するが、ラドンと合体してメカゴジラ負け（修復不可）

ＶＳスペースゴジラと比べて人間の話少ないが、面白いです。特に最後のバトルがすげえ面白かったです。
