ライムスターの3rdアルバム。
アメリカで生まれたヒップホップを日本流にやるという、彼等が1stから試みてきた
挑戦が一つの到達点に達した作品であり、日本語ラップ史上、最重要作かもしれません。
無理にアクセントをつけず、喋るように繰り出すラップ（且つちゃんとフローする）、
普通に日本で暮らしている人が共感出来るテーマ、日本的な間とファンキー感のあるトラックなど、
アメリカにはなくて日本にあるもの、それでいてヒップホップ的と言える表現が詰まっています。
とは言え、人それぞれ価値観も違うので、全ての日本人がリアルに感じるなんてことは勿論ないでしょうし、
好き嫌いもあるでしょうが、少なくても、このアルバムで彼等が成し遂げたことが「リスペクト」
に値することは確かだと思います。随分、「日本」という単語を連発させてしまいましたが、
それは別に右的な視点からではなく、ウソを嫌い、自分らしくいようとする姿勢ということです。
また、堅苦しい書き方になりましたが、ライムスターの十八番である酒、エロ、愛すべきダメ人間節も
炸裂しており、楽しいアルバムでもあります。耳ヲ貸スベキ！

「キングオブステージ」から「B-BOYイズム」までの流れは最高です。RHYMSTERは、Mummy-Dとシロー、２人で１人。この一体感がたまりません。 「耳ヲ貸スベキ」など名曲も収録されて、かなり満足できる一枚です。

ライムスターに関しては、あまり熱心に聴いていないのですが、この3rdアルバムは、《無条件》に傑作だと思います。ライムスターは、あの《ギドラ&ペイジャー》よりも、デビューしたのが早いのですが、作品的には、《ギドラ&ペイジャー》に負ける感じがありました。ところが、この3rdアルバムにおいては、あの《ギドラ&ペイジャー》に勝るとも劣らない、素晴らしい世界が展開されています。ギドラの『空からの力』、ペイジャーの『DON'T TURN OFF YOUR LIGHT』、そして、このライムスターの『リスペクト』に関しては、ほとんど日本語ラップ界の《三種の神器》という感じがします。私も、もう、こういう音楽を聴く年齢ではないのですが、やはり良いものは良いです。(と、遠い目で若き日を想う、自分がいました。)

下品であるはずが素敵なライムになる。この３人組虚構ではないモノを作っている。
お勧め。「隣の芝生にトール・イン・ワン」は個人的にお勧め。
