日本コロムビアの旧音源からコモエスタ八重樫氏が選りすぐった、1966年から1981年に録音されたの和製JAZZのコンピです。
とにかくグルーヴィでヒップ。
カフェでほんわり流れるラウンジミュージックではありません。フロアで大音量で聞きたいラウンジミュージックです。
熱く激しくグルーヴィに

ワタシは個人的にスティーブ･マックイーン主演の「On Any Sunday」のメインテーマのカヴァー(4)が収録されているだけで買いだと思います。
(実際それが理由で買いました)

ジャケットもアイボのデザイナーである空山基氏の70年代の作品を使っていてナイス。

見よこのアートワーク。
readymade節炸裂のジャケ買い即決。

DRAWINGは樹脂加工が施してあり、
触ってもきもちいい仕上がり。

部屋に飾っておきたい一枚。
