エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガール のアンプラグド編集版。
全曲オリジナルとはアレンジが違います。
この頃の彼らは「Worldwide」でわかるように、シンプル＆静寂路線。

しかし、ここでしか聴けない３、４、５とか、既発表曲のライブ版８，１１とかが、入ってるのはうれしい限り。他の作品に比べて地味という意見もあるが、そうじゃないのは聴いてすぐわかるし、現在の彼らの方向性に少し疑問を持ってしまうのは私だけだろうか？やはりトレーシーの歌声は楽器が少ない方が人の心に響くし、ジャジーな雰囲気がもっともよく映える。全曲素晴らしい出来だが、とくに５のTom Waitsのカバーがいい。とにかく是非一度聴いて下さい。ほんと素晴らしい！

ｶﾊﾞｰ集です。他のｱｰﾁｽﾄの作品とｾﾙﾌ･ｱｺｰｽﾃｨｯｸｶﾊﾞｰが入っています。
人気の高いのは「DRIVING」のｱｺｰｽﾃｨｯｸﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝと「TIME AFTER TIME」
のｶﾊﾞｰだと思いますが、私は「ｱﾘｽﾝ」も加えた3曲が最も好きです。
昔、仕事仲間でとても素敵な女性がいましたが、
その方がこのｱﾙﾊﾞﾑをとても大事にされていて、意気投合したのも
懐かしい思い出です。
このﾃﾞｭｵの入門作としても最適ですし、ﾍﾞﾝﾜｯﾄの「ﾉｰｽﾏﾘﾝﾄﾞﾗｲｳﾞ」と
ﾄﾚｰｼｰｿｰﾝの「遠い渚」と3枚セットでここ十数年来の愛聴盤。
他の作品も素晴らしいのがあるが、これだけは外せない一枚でしょう。

ＥＢＴＧ紙ジャケシリーズ。
かつて、「カバーズep」１〜４の４曲入りミニアルバムとして日本発売されいたものに、
当時のシングルカップリングや別テイク、ライブ曲等を加えて発売されたフルアルバムです。
当時は、輸入盤でしか入手できなかったお宝ＣＤでした。
今では日本盤も発売されうれしいですね。
５ダウンタウン・トレインやライブテイクの８エプロン・ストリングスが聴けることで貴重です。
アコーステックな雰囲気に浸りたい時には超おすすめのＥＢＴＧです！！
