■だれでも仕事をしていれば、
　部下を持つときがくるものです。

　親は子どもに育てられるというように、
　上司は部下に育てられるのでしょう。


■この本は、初心者上司が悩むであろう
　部下との付き合い方を教えてくれる一冊です。

　普通は自分の先輩を見習いながら自分で試行錯誤し
　上司としての仕事のやり方を覚えていくのですが、
　この本もかなり参考となるはずです。

　
■部下が失敗すれば自分の責任になるわけですから、
　どうやって部下に仕事を任せるのか？
　こうしたことは、事前に基本を押さえておきたいものです。

　・部下に単純作業を任せたら・・・「何時間でこれだけはやってくれ」
　　ということ。次はクオリティに関すること。・・・そして大切なのは、
　　「単純な仕事であるが、重要な仕事である」ということをきちんと
　　伝えておくことである。（ｐ85）


■また、言い訳の多い部下、自己主張の強い部下など
　扱いにくい部下はかならずいるものです。

　そうした部下とどうやってうまくやっていくかが、
　一つの壁になっている人もいるでしょう。

　
■非常に実用的な内容で、かつ、読む人にその実際の場面を
　イメージさせる説明が秀逸でした。

　管理職向けの本としては、抜群のまとまりでした。
　文句なく★５つとします。
