保険のセールスというと「保険のおばちゃん」＝「ギラギラしている」とイメージがなきにしもあらず。
実際、それも間違いとはいえない人々が大多数である。
なぜなら、この原一平さんの様に大きな市場を持つことは容易ではなく、そんなに心の余裕がある人がいないというのが現状なのだ。

契約は取れるなら、さっさと取る。取らねば次月が苦しいかもしれないのだから。
内容としては保険のセールスに限らず全てのセールスマンに共通する事がいえます。
セールスは売れれば楽しいが、売れないと苦しい上に休日もその事で心身が休まらない。
原さんは子供の頃はガキ大将でどうしようもないワルだった。

しかし、東京に出てきて裸一貫で必死に人格を磨きつづけた人だ。
保険会社にも押しかけ女房状態で入社。
ミカン箱の机を部屋の入り口近くに置き、頑張った人だ。
そんな人が語る心得は素晴らしい。
