「この職業を通して誰を幸せにしたいのか？」
すべて読み終えた後に、深く考えされられました。

営業だけでなく、他の職業でもいえることだと思います。

また全体的に、読みやすく、ゴチャゴチャしていないところにも好感が持てました。

これはかなりお勧めの本です、1500円でも安い買い物だと思います。

読みやすい内容構成で、私は1時間ほどで読み終えました。
私は、紙谷さんが小笠原君をどのように指導いくかに注目しながら読みました。
小笠原君の気付きを引き出すようなコーチング・テクニックや、目線に合わせた比喩表現が、
とても参考になりました。
新人や若手の営業マンを持つマネジャーにも推薦させていただきます。

一人の駆け出し駄目営業マンの主人公が、トップ営業マンにノウハウを教えてもらいながら成長して行く過程を書いた物です。個人的には問題に直面した状況が細かく描写されているので、同じ営業をしている物としては、心境がとてもよくわかります。
やさしく教えてくれるトップ営業マンの言葉がすんなりとはいってきます。営業の魔法とは表現が奇抜な感じですが、とても参考になりました。次に仕事の魔法が出版されたようですね。読んでみたいです。
