コンピュータ上でのコミュニケーションは非言語メッセージが削除されてしまうので、ちょっとした表現から感情を逆なですることにつながる。実際にどのくらいの影響があるのかについて、実験を行い論証した内容である。
この実験の中で、既存研究で述べられているように、非言語コミュニケーションが重要である事が証明された。
だが、この事態から次に我々はどのようにすれば解決できるのか、出来ないのか。この辺りが若干弱い。
