一昨日にこの本を読みました。
　読みながら、たくさんメモ取りました。この本はまるで筆者が自分の生活を書いているような感じでした。さすが、元大企業の社長だなあと思いました。その反面、会社経営には如何にたくさんの手段が必要かも分かりました。今までもたくさんの経営に関しての本を読みましたが、これぐらい普段の経営の中で本当に使えるものが多い本は初めてです。
　将来起業したい人と人事管理がうまくいかない社長さん達も是非1回目を通したほうがいい本だと思います。それに、中のたくさんのポイントは経営者達の言行の基準になれると思いますので、置いて置いて何回も読んでみたほうがいいと思います。

心理術、自分なりにいろいろ勉強してきました。
しかし多くの本は理論は分かるのですが、具体性に乏しく、どれくらい効果があるのか
疑問だなという印象だったように思います。

そんな中でこの本は、数々の赤字企業を再生させてきた方が書かれた本というだけあり、
得られる結果がとてもよく分かる本ですね。
特にマーケティングやマネジメントに関わる方にはお勧めだと思います。

読んだらあとは実践あるのみ！！

これを読み終えた瞬間、「我が社の社長にも読ませたい！」と思ってしまいました。
それと同時に、「将来のために自分も理解しなければ！」と再読を誓いました。

ビジネスにおける心理術はいろいろな場面で用いられますが、
本書は会社組織を強化するための、社内を中心とした心理術。
個の時代であるからこそ、組織力強化は早急に対応しなければならない課題です。
具体的な方法を学ぶことができ、非常に読みやすかったです。

すぐにでも実践できることがたくさん書かれているので、
今日からでも上に提案し、自分でできることはやっていこうと思います。

「５％の人」ということは我が社の場合、３人。
あと２人にこの本を読ませます。
