届いてすぐ読みました。このお話は「凍る月」シリーズのスピンオフ作品で「灰色の衝動」
に出てきた須王のお話です。
読んでみて「花の残像」というタイトル通りの綺麗で儚くて切ないイメージが残りました。
このタイトルは美しくて私はとても好きです。
さらに高橋悠さんのイラストが雰囲気を醸し出していますね。

巴はけなげですね・・バースデー預金のエピソードでは思わずホロリ・・・ときました。
「灰色の衝動」ではまだ謎の人物という印象の須王ですが、この作品を読んで切なくなり
ました。
もしも光陽や梁井達と敵対しても、私は須王や忍、ヨハンでさえも憎む事が出来ないと
思います。不思議ですが、このシリーズの登場人物達はみんな愛しい感じがします。

スピンオフという事ですが、光陽達との関係もあるので「凍る月」シリーズも併せて読んだ
方が分かりやすいでしょう。
わがままな一読者からの欲張りなお願いなのですが、光陽や梁井、須王、巴、昌史たち皆に
幸せになってほしいです（笑）

獣人シリーズ「凍る月」のスピンオフということで、
須王と彼の餌になる巴の話です。
この本を読むと、前作の「凍る月　灰色の衝動」での
憎めない敵役、須王の魅力と切ない過去が分かります。
巴も育った環境によって年齢よりずいぶん幼いですが、
それがまたかわいらしくけなげに感じられます。
読み終わるまで、ページをめくるのが楽しみでした。

個人的には続きが絶対に読みたい！と思う話でした。
ラストまで読むと、きっと同じように思われるのではない
でしょうか。

凍る月シリーズ「灰色の衝動」のスピンオフ作品、「灰色の衝動」に出ていた須王のお話です。
前作に出ていた須王以外に忍やヨハン、昌史も出てきて「組織」の事も少しわかってきます。
（銀も出てきます）
今回のお話もシリーズ今までの雰囲気を壊さず、ドキドキハラハラが途絶える事はありません。イイです。
このシリーズお初で出てくる巴（須王の契約相手、餌）がとても純粋で、須王との出会いから恋愛に至るまで微笑ましさ満載で、読んでいて幸せになれました。
本のしおりのエピソードが特に好き。
須王も圧倒的な強さでありながら、巴に対する時は優しくて良き理解者なので惚れちゃいます！

甘い二人の生活がずっと続けばいいのですが、事件が起きて二人には波乱の展開になり、結論が・・・。
うわー！！お願い！続き出してー！！このままは嫌！たまらん！！
