→この本、簡単にできるしかけを２０個紹介しています
　　みなさんも　たぶん　一つくらいは　やってるんじゃないでしょうか？
　　（私も　３個、実際にやっていました．．）

→やっていないしかけについては
　　ああ　こんな別なやり方もあるのかという新たな発見することができますし
　　やっているしかけについては
　　それが「なぜうまくいっているのか」理解することができます

→こういうしかけをやるときは、普通、しかける側が
　　充分考えて、継続する方法を模索しなければならないのですが
　　この本では、しかける側に負担が少ない　かつ　成功率が高いものを
　　厳選してあるので、
　　しかける側が「勢い」で始めることができて、負担が少なく、助かります♪

ずいぶんと優しい表現で書かれているがものすごく大切。
とにかくひとつでだけ実践をする。
それだけで大きな果実を手に出来ることだろう。
自称部下の人でも是非読むべき内容。
上司がこうなるべきだ、ではなく自分で出来ることを吸収して欲しい。
人が変わるより自分が変わったほうが100倍早い。
知ることではなく出来ることを探して、是非実践すべき内容が多い。
お奨めです。

まず、変に軽い文章が気になってしまい集中して読めませんでした。
「〜になっちゃうんですよ、〜ですね、
　〜がいいですよ、ウチの会社では〜」等。
簡単な漢字もひらがなになっていて、わざと読みやすい感じにして
いるのはわかるのですが、個人的には軽さが受け付けませんでした。

内容は、子供ならやる気になるだろうなという印象です。
