山田章博氏の、そして鉛筆画の魅力が存分に味わえる一冊です。

２００点以上の「ラーゼフォン」のイラストが約１３０Ｐにわたって掲載されています。そのうちのほとんどがＴＶ版製作時に描かれた鉛筆での人物設定画で、中にはＴＶで使用されなかった服などの未公開イラストも含まれています。

紙の白と鉛筆の黒。そのたった二色から生み出されたにもかかわらず、そこにある、溢れんばかりの色彩感。見る者を惹きつけてやまないそれは、ただ素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。それこそがこの本の最大の魅力であると言っても過言では無いでしょう。

そういった本の性質上、カラーイラストは少ししかありません。もしかしたら、読む人を選ぶ本かもしれません。とはいいましても、「多元変奏曲」やラーゼフォンの初期バージョンの設定画も載っており、原作ファンの方なら一見の価値は絶対にあります。

発売日が延び延びになり、購入の際には、正直、不安もありました。ですが、最終的には、はっきりと思うことが出来ました。「買ってよかった」と。

人物の紹介がたくさんあって、そのキャラクターの紹介と共に季節やいろいろな場面ごとのファッションが細かく表現されていてとても美しいです。お気に入りの一冊です。

とにかく絵がうまい！
カラーも美しいし言う事なしだと思います
それからキャラの設定画もすごく綺麗。
細かく書かれた文字も隅々まで見る価値あります
ちゃんと考えられて作られていたんだなぁ･･･と感動しました。
ラーゼフォンをもっと好きになる事間違いなしです
