「既刊の再録本？それとも新刊？」と購入時に迷いましたが、
事実上のシリーズ「第21巻」に相当する最新巻でした。

紛らわしいけど、面白いです。

第1話は特にいい！！アオバはいろんな自転車の紹介になりがちですが，01巻の第1話はロードバイクとレースのすばらしさを余すところ無く伝えており，アオバらしい，いいお話です．お父さん世代の心をえぐってくれました．

自転車。

ここ最近の自転車漫画というと、ロードでのバリバリレースものしか思い浮かびませんが、この漫画は一味違います。

ママチャリ、ロード、クロス、ＭＴＢ、ランドナーetc、一言に自転車といっても色々あります。
スポーツバイクに初めて乗った時の驚きと喜び、長年愛用しているママチャリへの愛着、ＭＴＢで地を駆ける楽しさ……。それぞれに魅力があるわけです。
この漫画は、そんな自転車達に乗る事の魅力を、色々な角度から、しかしストレートに伝えてくれる作品です。

このリニューアル第一巻では、レースの話がメイン。
ロードに乗って風になる。ロードバイクの魅力が存分に描かれた巻となっています。

個人的には「時をかけるアオバ」がお気に入り。青葉の両親の出会いのきっかけが、ＳＦ交じりに描かれます。

未読の方には是非手にとって欲しいシリーズ。自転車に明るくなくても楽しめますよ。
