読み始めた時、えっ、何これ?!　ホントにビジネス本なの？小説として面白いじゃん！って思いました（ドラマ化もアリですよ）。お店で働いてる人なら必ず共感できる笑いと涙の感動ストーリーです。この著者さん、現場のことが凄く分かってるんですね。今のサービス業（店）の問題が全部出てますよ！そしてそれをどう解決していくかの方法論も持っている。
一つ一つの話がとっても深くて目から鱗が何枚も、涙と一緒に落ちていきました…。「みんなそれぞれの立場で頑張ってるんです。まずそれを理解して認めてあげないと…」そんな著者さんからの熱いメッセージでどれだけ救われる人がいるかと思うと、この本を薦めずにはいられません。お店に携わる全ての人に読んでみて欲しいです。

実際に販売の仕事に携わっています。
本の内容はアパレル業界の販売員のお話し。
私は業種は違うのですが、お店そのものを楽しい場所にする、
働いてるみんながやりがいを持てるお店にする、という意味では、
すぐに使えるノウハウや、内容がたっぷりで本当に参考になりました。
販売に携わっている人には、ぜひお勧めしたい一冊です。

実は、販売の仕事は、売上やノルマなどに追われながらも
業務も多く、お客さんには笑顔を振りまかなくてはいけない
という過酷な職場です。

「自分のお店のスタッフや商品を愛せない」という人も
珍しくないでしょう。

「お店のスタッフ全員が、いつも笑顔で楽しんでいて
仕事にやりがいを感じて、互いに思いやりを持っている」

そんな理想のお店に導く『方法』を、
実際に、店で起こった出来事を元に、
ドキュメントタッチで順序を追って描いています。

物語としての内容の濃さはもちろんの事
特に、店長などの責任を問われる立場で働いてる
人には目からウロコのバイブルになり得るでしょう。

あとは今、「販売の仕事やめようかな・・・」
と考えているあなたに読んでもらいたい一冊です。
