そうなんだ弱者なんだ、時間ぐらいしかテンコモリに投入できる資源はないんだ！とわかったとたん、ゼンリン地図で半径500mをくるりと見てしまいました。もう自転車でホケンのおばちゃんよろしく（＝実際私にはその経験も豊富なのですが）、また、あるくぞ！と元気になりました。営業プロセス・工程管理なんて、強者のやりかた。災いから開放されて、思うままに生きてみよ、といわれたかのようなさわやかな読後です。小さな会社の儲けのルールより、前に読んだので、小さな会社・・・のスカスカ感が要点整理みたいでよかった。両方読むのをお勧めします。時間の使い方等が、インターネット時代の「時間の重ね着」に対応していない感があり、星は３つ。

昭和６１年の本ということもありますが、最新刊の栢野氏との共著の方がおすすめです。
しかし、昭和６１年の本という古さは感じさせません。
ランチェスタについて学ぶという点ではこちらの方がいいかもしれません。
