二つ目の噺家・今昔亭三つ葉は、ひょんなことから、
美人だけどぶっきらぼうな女の子、関西から転校してきた生意気小学生、
口ベタで指導がうまくできないテニスコーチ(三つ葉のイトコ）に稽古をつけることに。
そこに、話が下手で解説者をクビになった元プロ野球選手も加わって…
三つ葉自身も、まだまだ未熟な修行中の身。古典落語への愛情、師匠への憧れ
いっぱいだけど、その芸のまねの域を出ない。しかし、「まんじゅうこわい」の稽古を
シロートにつけているうちに、大切なことに気づくのだった…
勝田さんの空気の作り方ってうまいな、と、あしながおじさんのコミカライズ
「Daddy Long Legs」を読んだときも思ったのですが、今回もその気持ちのよい空気が
古典落語・人間関係の難しさ・でも不器用で可愛い人たち、という、言っちゃえば
ある意味ベタな設定にぴたっとフィットしてるような気がします…
原作小説の作家・佐藤多佳子さんも「勝田先生のほんわかムードが
話によくマッチしていて、とても気持ちのいい漫画になっていて嬉しかった」と
ご自身のブログに書いておられたので、原作ファンもがっかりすることなく、
そして、原作を読んだことのない私でも楽しく読めました(逆に今から原作読んで
みようかな、とも思ったり）。

二ツ目の噺家・今昔亭三つ葉が何故か開くことになった落語教室
そこで出会った人達と一緒に成長していく物語です

原作小説の方は読んだことがないのですが、面白かったです！
落語に真っ直ぐな三つ葉さんがとても好きです〜
教室にくる皆もそれぞれにワケありで一生懸命だけど楽しんでるかんじが伝わってきて、悩みながらがんばる姿が良かった！
原作があるのでいつもの勝田作品とはまた違う印象を受けました、でもすごく自然で合っていたと思います
良いカンジの古さというか雰囲気がある世界観で、こういうのがほんと上手い方です!!

２話完結+αが収録されています
落語が色々登場してすごく読み応えがあります、くすりと笑えてジーンとくる素敵な作品です

小説の方は読んでないんです。勝田文の漫画というだけで、飛びついた訳なんですが、本当に良かった。自分嫌いで、気が強い(十河)、気の弱い(良)、学校で上手くいかない(村林)、柄も性格もイカツイ(湯河原)、そんな年齢もバラバラ、職業も個性的な面々に、三ツ葉さんがとことんお節介に、遠慮なく、涙もろく接する姿に、ジワジワと読んでるこっちも、涙もろくなってしまいました。お薦めします!
