著者のコーチ・カルダンさんは子どもの頃に継母に殺されかけて、イラン・イラク戦争も体験されています。テレビドラマの『おしん』がきっかけとなり日本に憧れて、命がけで取得したパスポートで来日しています。資金を貯めてパイロットになる夢を実現させて、現在はトップクラスのコーチとして成功されています。
読み始めたら目が話せなくて、３時間弱で一気に読んでしまいました。
読みながら目が潤んでしまったり、勇気を貰えたり・・・様々な感情が溢れてきました。
日本に生まれているだけで、とても幸せで有り難いことだと改めて気づかされました。
コーチ・カルダンさんの実体験が元になっているので、とても説得力があり、すぐにでも行動したくなる内容です。「決断する」ことの重要性がとてもよく理解できます。
「今のままではイヤだ。人生を変えたい！」と思われているすべての方にお薦めです！

まず第一印象は、とにかく著者のコーチ・カルダンの人生が凄い！
そして読み続けていたら、実はそれ以上に著者自身の決断が凄いんだっていうことがわかった。
この本のタイトルに納得。

そして映画の様な著者の過去のエピソードからか、彼の教えには説得力がある。
教えといってもとてもシンプルに書かれていたので、わかりやすく、珍しくいいスピードで読み切れた。
「10点満点で答える」とか「To Beリスト」等は実際にやってみてとても良かった。
もっと深く知りたいと思っていたら、どうやら講演会とかもあるそう。

私自身、夢やビジョンがあるけれど、どこか自分の生まれや環境を引きずっていることに気がついた。
出直してこい！って感じ。
うん、がんばってくぞぉ〜！！ウォーーー！！

おもしろい！！
どんどん読んで、スラスラ書いていく。
体感型セルフコーチングブックという感じ。
チャプター毎の宿題もやり始めると自分の思考や行動がシンプルになっていく。

「１０％ルール」
「６ヒューマンンーズ」
「TO BE リスト」　←（これが一番好き。）
「小さな決断の積み重ねが、大きな決断をする練習になる。」
などなど、普段の生活を向上させるためのフレームワークも沢山ある。
ビジネスにおけるフレームワークはいっぱいあるけど、
人生におけるフレームワークを学ぶことができる本！！

書いてあることはシンプルで分かり易く、実行にも移し易い。
人それぞれ、すこしハードルが高いものもある。

家の本棚に「コーチング」のジャンルを追加したくなる一冊。
