5.0 out of 5 stars おいしかったあの味を再現, 2004/2/6
偶然韓国人の作ったおいしいチヂミを食べて以来、あの味を
求め続けていた。粉は何を使うんだろう。あのモチモチ感は
どうやって出すんだろうと。
この本であの味を再現できたし、たれの作り方もわかった。
本当においしいチヂミを家で作って食べる幸せ。
バリエーションも豊富だし、似た料理であるジョンの作り方
も出ていて、こちらはおかず向き。

4.0 out of 5 stars チヂミの種類がたくさん, 2005/1/20
近所の焼肉屋さんで美味しいチヂミを食べて以来、家でも作れないかと
研究していました。この本にはチヂミだけでなく、ピカタのような
「ジョン」という料理のレシピも載っています。
チヂミというと、海鮮やニラという具材をすぐにおもいつきますが、
この本を通じて、他の野菜（白菜、大根、セロリ、きのこなど）でも
作れるということを知りました。
韓国料理の入門として、この本を参考にして、チヂミとジョンに挑戦し
てみてはいかがでしょう？

どんな野菜でもチヂミを作る事ができるのに驚きました。材料も作り方もすごく簡単でした。それぞれのチヂミのたれの作り方もあるのでかなり本格的な味になりました。日本のお好み焼のようにいろいろなバリェションを楽しむことができました。その他にも応用編があります。
