ある程度の経験を有するビジネス・パーソンなら、書かれたもの以上に、ボディ・ランゲージとその内容にこそ、真実が隠されており、真実を赤裸々にする質問方法を知っている。この書は、採用側から見れば、表層をとりつくろう部分をはずしやすくするために、まことに有用である。

amazonで高評価だったので、購入しましたが…
内容としては実例が多く掲載されており、実用的であると思います。
ただ、よくあることですが、事実とはいえ載ってる内容がハイレベル、又は
本当に特別な体験をしている人が多く、買う人によっては気が重たくなるだけのような
気もします。かくいう私は参考になった3割、気が重くなった7割くらいでした。
とことんセオリーを研究して挑みたいという人にはオススメだと思います。

もうじき発売のこの本には僕が書いたエントリーシート（某金融機関に提出したもの）も載ってます。
この本では、学生たちのエントリーシートすべてに人事関係者の添削が付いて出版されるということなので、どんな添削文が書かれているか、ドキドキします（汗）

この本がこれから就活する後輩たちの良き指南書になることを願ってます。
ちなみに、僕は、この本の昨年度版にお世話になり、第一志望企業の内定が取れました。
一度は目を通しておいて損はない本です。
