毎年購入するのもお金がかかります。
ですが、今年は買ったほうが良いでしょう。
会社法も載っています。
決算書を作るのに必須です。
すべての経理マン、会計士、税理士は買うんでしょうね。

昔はこんな毎年「○○年版」って出なかったから個人で買ってもそれほど負担にならなかったんですがね。マーカーで塗ったりするから、１人１冊でないと使い勝手悪いしね。困ったもんです。それに随分値段も張るようになってしまいました。時代が時代だけにまだまだ変わりそうですしね。これは会計士試験の受験生用ではなくて、企業の（特に公開企業の）経理マンと総会関係の総務マン向きです。受験生には関係ない項目の方が多いですよ。昔はこんなに分厚くなかったんですがねえ。もうもって歩くのがシンドイですわ。贅沢を言えば、お客、事務所、家に各１冊ずつ置いておくと身軽に動けるんですがどうでしょうか？評価は正直難しい。無いと困る。これ以上の上手い編集方法があるのか？もっと軽くして欲しい。毎年アップグレードする人はもっと安くして欲しい。ほとんど同じっていう年もある。

公認会計士試験での出題に備えての読み込み等には最適だと思います。各基準に関する各注解をまとめて編集してあったり、関連する法令をまとめてあるために、非常に分かりやすいものとなっています。
