１０ヶ月頃にセットで頂いた絵本の中に入っていた物で、絵が好みではなく
自分では選ばない絵本だったと思います。
１歳５ヶ月の今でも何十冊もある中から何度も何度も読んでとせがまれる、
ダントツ一位の絵本。
りんごを食べる真似したり、エーンエーンと泣く場面では一緒にエーンと悲しそうな
身振りをしたり。　もう１００回以上は読んでいます。

セット絵本の利点を垣間見た、印象的な絵本になったと思います。
内容もほほえましくて、ハッピーエンドで心がホンワカします。
絵も、今では見慣れて可愛らしく思います。
自分の手では出逢えなかったであろう宝の１冊です。

誰もとってくれないと泣き出したりんごの木。そこで、はなこちゃんはりんごをとってあげました。ところが、りんごは転がっていろいろな人や動物のところに辿りつきます。ジュースになったり、アップルパイになったりと、りんごは美味しいものに変身します。幼いわが子に読み聞かせした時、この場面が珍しかったようで、「これ何？」と指差して何度も聞いてきました。

はなこちゃんのりんごは誰のところに行ったのでしょう？はなこちゃんがりんごを手渡す場面を読んだ後、子どもが私に「はい、どうぞ」。この本は、子どもが私に手渡してくれた「嘘っこりんご」を思い出し懐かしい思いでいっぱいになります。

りんごの木が泣いたり、りんごがしゃべったりする物語を、ももんちゃんシリーズでお馴染みのとよたさんが描きます。色を多く使っていないので、りんごの赤が映えてとてもきれいだと思いました。

この本の主人公は、女の子です。うちでは、名前の部分を息子の名前に変えてよんであげたら、とっても喜んで何度も読んでとせがまれました。イラストもとってもかわいいし、優しい女の子とりんごが仲良しな表現がとてもよくできていて親子で愉しんでいます。
