これで僕はホームレスから上場企業の社長になった

――というサブタイトルがついている。
「家」までなくすというのは大変なこと。
ホームレスから上場企業の社長になった経緯について
事細かに書かれているわけではないが、
周囲に目をやらず、感謝の気持ちも抱かず、目標にばかり気をとられていた結果
だということはわかる。

逆に言えばこの本は、そういう失敗から
「単に目標を立てるだけでなく、周囲への感謝や気くばりがいかに大事か」
を知っていった著者の人生観を表したものだといえるだろう。

「もう一人の自分」つまり、
人間が本来持っている無意識の欲望や願望のようなものを
自分なりに見つめ直して味方につけると、
いろいろなことが「良いほう」に回転し始める――という考えは
実体験に基づいているだけに深いものがある。

常に自分は本当は何をしたいのかを確認する。
夢や目標をシートにしていく。
自分の言動が周囲にどんな影響を与えるかを常に考える。

……当たり前といえば当たり前だが、やさしい言葉で、
語りかけるように書かれており説得力はあった。

「成功シート」のフォーマットや記入例も豊富で、
いま何かに悩んでいるような人にもヒントの多い本ではないだろうか。

成功原則の王道が書かれている。
それ自体はありふれているが、プロセスに注目。
サブタイトルにもあるように、ホームレスから社長になったというのは容易な事ではない。
その体験を踏まえて書かれている。
生々しい内容ではないが、やさしい筆致で書かれており誰でも読める。

著者の実体験に基づき書かれているため、
それなりの説得力はあると思う。

すでに実践されている方も多いが、この手のノウハウは
王道中の王道であり、それがわかりやすくシートにして
解説してあるので、非常にわかりやすい。

それよりも、著者の成功体験から学ぶことにこの本の
本当の意味があると思う。
