「ノートのとり方」がもっとも参考になって、実践的であった。
これだけで、値打ちあり！
実際にこのノートのとり方を続けていくうちに連想が
働くようになった。
思いついたアイデアを広げていくにはもってこいの手法だと思う。

もっと若いうちに読んでおきたかった、と思った。

　前半部では脳の仕組みの説明から読書、記憶の原理やその効率的なやり方を説明し、後半部ではそれを踏まえた上で、マインド・マップ（この本の中では、『頭脳地図』と訳されている）の描き方とこれらを統合した「有機的学習法」について示されている。

　前半部分を読むことで、一見するとただ単に、キーワードと絵を階層化し図式化したものに過ぎないマインド・マップが、いかに脳の仕組みにそっているのかがよく理解できるようになっている。また、読書について書かれている項の簡単なアドバイスに従えばその場ですぐに読書スピードが上がるだろうし、記憶の項のアドバイスによって簡単な記憶術はすぐにマスターできるだろう。マインド・マッピング自体もそれほど難しい技法ではないうえ、この本に書か!れた内容を読むことによって、その効果に自信を持って取り掛かることができるようになるだろう。

　著者の研究に対する洞察力、創造性は感嘆に値する。巷に出回っている「信じればできる」というようなことや勢いのある言葉だけを書いて、その具体的なやり方やその理由を示さなかったり曖昧にするような自己啓発や能力開発の本とは比較にならないほどの良書である。

１０年間のサラリーマン生活ののち大学院に行ったのですが、久々の学業は非常に困難なものでした。なにせ教科書に書かれている内容を理解することや、試験のための暗記が辛くて辛くて。

そんなとき、この本に書かれていた「頭脳地図」のメソッドを取り入れ、授業のノート取りや復習に使用したところ、格段に理解力が向上しました。ポイントは頭脳地図を使って、「モノゴトの関連付けをする」、また「ビジュアルなメソッドを使うことにより記憶力を上げる」、というところだと理解しています。

この本は単に読み通すだけではなく、紹介されているメソッドを地道に使っていくことにより、効果が出てきます。結果、大学院は成績優秀で卒業できました。

「人生を変える」というとオーバーだけど、「「理解する」とは、こういうことか」と認識し実践できるようになりました。（もっと若いときにこのメソッドを知りたかった！）

ぜひお試しあれ！！
