この本は、経営者のためのコーチング本でしょう。

企業経営者が直面する経営上の悩みを
解決するための姿勢について、
タイトルのような身近な例の質問から
導くスタイルになっています。

短い質問の繰り返しに見えますが、
実は多くの経営戦略、会計理論、
マーケティング戦術等に裏付けされた
エッセンスであることに
気付かされます。

多くの経営戦略書を読む前に
まずは読んで欲しい一冊です。

参考文献、参考教材を見ると、１日ビジネス書１冊の目標をたてているという著者の勉強家ぶりを窺い知ることができる。

著者のフィルターを通じて、そのエッセンスが凝縮されていると考えると非常にお買い得な本である。

巻末のチェックリストはコンサルティングにすぐ使えそうなスグレモノだ。

ストレートなタイトルである。
しかも、前書きで「会計の本で読みやすい本が確かにおもしろいが、
経営の実務に役立つとは思えない」とベストセラーを一刀両断。
期待しながら読んでみると…
おお、確かに超・実践的。
独特の例え、「トイレのカギ」とか「逆社長出勤」とかにも
この人ならではのケレン味があって、面白く読める。
終わりまで読むと、さすがに行動しなくては
と思わせる仕掛けにハマった。

小粒だが何度も「おいしい」本だ。
