DVD付ですが、なくても十分わかりやすい。オールカラーで
動く順序1〜6など、1コマ1コマ写真があり、
どこの筋肉を意識するかも書かれてレッスンしやすい本です。

これはNGだという失敗例注意書きもあり親切。
ゆがみ、シェイプ、ストレッチいろんなスタイルがあります。
バランスボールを購入して同封の説明書だけを頼りに座って遊ぶだけはもったいないです。

これだけの内容があって安いと思い☆5つです。

BBを始めるにあたって、初心者向けからスポーツ選手向けの専門書
まで１０冊程度見ましたが、これは基本のエクササイズ、歪み矯正、バ
ランストレーニング、ストレッチ、ソフトジムエクササイズ等全てがまとま
っており、初心者には特にオススメです。

この本だけでもよいと思うのですが、僕はこれをメインにして始める前
のアップに「キレイになるバランスボール」、歪みを矯正するエクササ
イズに「はじめてのバランスボール」を使ってます。

余談ですがバランスボールはギムニクのオプティボールと、人気の
フィットボールを試しましたが、僕は反発力の強さからオプティボー
ルを選びました。上記３冊のエクササイズをやると、フィットボール
ではボールに腰が沈み込んでしまう感じが合いませんでした。

バランスボールと同時に他の本を一冊買っていたのですが、本を見ながらバランスボールなんて無理!だからと言って何度も見ないと動作がわからないし…。
そんなこんなでしばらくインテリアの一部になっていたうちのバランスボール。
このDVDを買ってからは毎日大活躍です!
とにかく楽しいんです。
最初から最後までバランスボールの上でピョンピョン弾みながら運動します。
それに15分のコースが3本入っているので、ちょっとした時間の合間に好きなコースを出来るのが◎!運動嫌い&飽き性な私が毎日続いているので、みなさんにもオススメします。
